No work of fiction (since the Twilight phenomenon took the world by storm) has generated as much excitement as Suzanne Collins's The Hunger Games trilogy - a massive hit with both teenagers and their parents. The second film adaptation of the series, Catching Fire, was recently released, and audiences were particularly captivated by the lavish and outlandish costumes sported by the citizens of Panem's Capitol.
